Hotel is nice. Rooms were comfortable. Good location with lots of places to eat nearby. Not a far walk from the train station. Front desk just seem to not care and seemed bothered when I asked. Everything else was good. Breakfast was nice also.
Clean friendly
Had a great 4 days in hamburg, with the friendly staff a great 33 day vacation had begun ;)
