Highly acclaimed "New York-style" meat and veggie burgers care of New Zealander Jeremy Bailey, Katherina Ruddat und Benjamin Pfeiffer, who use sourced beef and make their own brioche buns and sauces. Chicken and fish burgers also figure here. Opened in 2014 in the increasingly hip Schanzenviertel and immediately established itself as a kingpin of Hamburg's artisan burger craze (along with Otto's Burger [see entry]). Plus a second branch in Bergedorf (Ernst-Mantius-Straße 10).
